Shambra Miller | Office Manager

Shambra joined WealthTrust Advisors in January 2016 and serves as the team’s Office Manager. She plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly—overseeing administrative operations, managing client account billing, and supporting marketing initiatives. Known for her ability to multitask with ease, Shambra takes pride in every responsibility she takes on. She values exemplary customer service and brings that same high standard to her interactions with both clients and colleagues. You’ll often find her at the front desk, warmly welcoming clients and making them feel at home.

Originally from Tucson, Shambra earned her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University. After several years working in design, she discovered a passion for administrative and customer service roles. The variety, pace, and people-focused nature of the work quickly won her over—and she hasn’t looked back since.

Outside the office, Shambra enjoys trail riding on her mountain bike, camping, and watching documentaries. She treasures time spent with her husband and son and is a strong advocate for supporting others in meaningful ways. Whether she’s helping someone at work or in her personal life, Shambra is all about analyzing challenges and finding thoughtful, practical solutions.
